Hi all,

Does anyone have something in their life that they really, really love? Of course we all do. Lots of things! Have you been in the position where you’ve been threatened to have that something special taken away from you?

I am currently living that as a stage IV advanced melanoma patient. But as many of you know, I am very determined not to let melanoma threaten or control the rest of my life.

What I have come to realise in this whole silly, crazy stage 4 predicament I find myself in...I am not going down! I will and am fighting this! I will not let this horrible cancer take everything I love away from me. I didn’t ask for this, I don’t want this and I WILL be successful in overcoming this cruel disease.

I owe my life to the scientists that have and are continuing to work tirelessly to provide patients like me the life saving treatments we need to continue to live and to allow me to avail of these drugs at a minimum cost.

To help me continue to avail of these treatments, I have created my very own fundraising page for the Sunday March 24, Melanoma March 2019. Through here you can easily support me and the melanoma journey I’m on by making a secure donation, any amount will be amazing to receive, I will be very thankful and if your available, I’d love you to join me in a casual walk through the city of Brisbane where we can together appreciate and support, the most precious thing, LIFE and fight melanoma!

The walk is held in the evening as the sun is not our friend! ??
